The following sixty three References in (Q1 - Q63) should be compared with the Reference Questions from `Breaking Strongholds Over Your City` and each allocated a Question Code e.g. HIA03(iii). These Question Codes are listed in Strongholds A and in Strongholds C A paper print off may be considered to be an advantage, but use the hyperlinks to avoid this. Each Question (Q1 - Q63) is covered, but do not ignore answer choices that you have already made, so just allocate each Code on its own merits. It is good practice and you may disagree with some answers but we are all learning. Some questions are very close in content and there is bound to be some overlaps. A grid of Model Answers follows the Blank Grid.

Keywords to Spiritual Mapping References - Practical Test.
Complete the Keywords to Spiritual Mapping Test References Grid by choosing a Keyword for each of the Questions (Q1 - Q63) and write them in the Table 55 Blank Grid provided, keep the numbering the same as before.
You should now mark and correct your answers to this section, the CORRECT answers are needed for the next section. The Correct Answers are in Table 56 below.
-----------
Completion of Form for Recording References from Files and
Books - Practical Test.
The following section uses the previous sixty three questions again but in a different type of exercise, the original questions (Q1 - Q63) will retain their numbering but the purpose of this exercise is to give practice in fully completing a reference sheet with three columns; firstly a Question Code e.g. HIA03(iii); secondly a Reference Outline beginning with a Keyword; and thirdly an allocated Book Code.
Instructions: Using the blank Reference Sheet in Table 57 For each of the 63 Questions
Column One - Question Number (supplied)
Column Two - Question Reference Code e.g. HIA03(iii).
Column Three - Reference Description beginning with correct Keyword from previous test. : - Complete using e.g. Freemason - cornerstone of Civic Hall laid in 1898, in which Freemason is the Keyword.
Column Four - Book or File Code: e.g. KIC
Using the original Question Code or Book Code allocated to each of them. e.g. FIL001 for File Page 1 or KTV003 for `Kirkby the Village’ p3. Book GHR page 73 would be GHR073. Choose a three letter Code for Books based on the title and then the Page Numbers which follow to give six character codes. Enter these codes into Column Four to complete the Table 57, which is on two separate sheets. More than one correct answer is acceptable for Book Codes under normal circumstances because they could be processed in any order of your choosing, but for this exercise they are simply used in the order that they appear, but the allocated Code must be retained once it has been chosen. All File References begin with FIL then the three digit page number. The CORRECT Answers are in Table 58.

Check your answers with Table 58 and have them marked. Obviously some Book Codes will differ. Keywords should be simple enough in most cases, where they are not, double entry under two Keywords may be an advantage for cross referencing on Sorted Lists. Examples of Sorted lists on each of the three main Columns are available in in Tables 59A, 59B and 59C.
Please note that Table 59C is in Strongholds 3 Section G2 which can be navigated from the hyperlinks.
A comprehensive list of Keywords along with their Associated Question Codes sorted alphanumerically under each of the two Columns separately is available after an explanation, in Tables 61 and 62 in Strongholds 3 Section G which can be navigated from the hyperlinks.
This system aids Standardisation and saves effort, it can be updated and Re-sorted as and when required. Keywords may use more than one word if essential.
Your completed Form should be all the training you need to complete further Grids. If possible have someone else evaluate your work. Questions can be sent to my e.mail address
